PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the inspection efficiency of a board connected to a compute equipment. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first connector 21 connected to the slot 11 of the computer equipment 10, a second connector 22 supplying power from the slot 11 and connecting the board 30 to be operated, a power line P connecting the power output terminal 12 of the slot 11 to the power input terminal 31 of the board 30 through the first and second connectors 21 and 22, and a switch 23 connecting or disconnecting the power line P. The switch 23 is connected accompanying the insertion operation of the board 30 into the second connector 22 and is disconnected accompanying the removal operation of the board 30.
