PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely manage the picture resources of the required latest operation corresponding to the version-up or specification change of peripheral equipment without depending on memory resources. SOLUTION: When switching an operation instruction picture through a GUI input/output device 20 on peripheral equipment 21, operation data instructed to an operating picture are transferred to a data processor and while preparing displayable operation picture data and dispatching them to a graphical user interface (GUI input/output device 203) by acquiring the original data of the required operation picture data based on transient operation from a host 20 to the peripheral equipment 21, the host 20 and the peripheral equipment 21 allottingly process operation picture display control.
