PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information card processor capable of quickly determining a transmission protocol. SOLUTION: In the processor, #1 to #3 protocol initializing processing parts 12 to 14 respectively execute protocol initializing processing of different types corresponding to the sort of an IC card 3 based on a value set up in a DIP switch 2 in accordance with the using condition of the card 3. A priority determination part 11 determines the priority of protocol initializing processing in respective processing parts 12 to 14. |
