<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety by preventing tracking phenomena occurring between AC power input plugs, in an AC adaptor. SOLUTION: A power transformer 8 is built in an outer casing 4 molded of thermoplastic resin, and AC power input plugs 5 are projected outward severally from the plug insertion holes 6 bored at given intervals on one side of the bottom plate of this outer casing, and besides this AC power input plug 5 is an AC adaptor wired to the primary coil 9 of a power transformer 8. In this case, this is provided with a recess 15 at the section under the bottom of the outer casing between the AC power input plugs 5, and an insertion hole 16 is bored in the bottom plate of the outer casing of the upper section of this recess 15, and a tracking-resistant resin body 18 in the same form as the fitting hole 17 is set from under the recess 15 into the fitting hole 17 roughly in the shape of a terraced hole made of the recess 15 and the insertion hole 16, and also the top of the tracking-resistant resin body 18 is set in the insertion hole for fixing.</p> |
