PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excess saturation in a pole part at an optimum condition and to improve write-in performance by reducing a throat height of a writing inductive head with respect to an inductive/MR composite type thin film magnetic head. SOLUTION: Relating to the writing inductive head, a rise part 18 from the pole part 16 of an upper part magnetic film 11 to a yoke part 17 constituted of a first tilt part 18a rising from the pole part 16 at a tilt angleθ1 related to a lower part magnetic film and a second tilt part 18b having the tilt angleθ2 larger than it and continued to the yoke part 17. The angleθ1 of the first tilt part and a length L1 in the perpendicular direction related to a record medium opposite surface 20 are respectively set to 20 deg.<=θ1<=50 deg., 0.2<=L1<=3.0μm.
