PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to uniformly process various documents by a machine even when their sizes or formats are mutually different. SOLUTION: A two-dimensional(2D) code representing an entered item is printed on a document 61. As a countermeasure for overlap of the 2D code and the preprinting part of the document 61, identical 2D codes 65A to 65C are printed on plural positions of the document 61. In mechanical processing, plural 2D codes 65A to 65C on the document are read out and selectively combined to restore the entered item of the document 61 and transaction processing, document sorting or the like automatically executed based on the entered item thus restored. |
