PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toll reception system for a toll road which enables both an existing system and a nonstop automatic toll collection system to operate. SOLUTION: At an entrance toll gate 1, an antenna and an antenna controller 2 for an ETC system and an entrance lane control unit 3 are provided and a pass ticket processing machine 4 equipped with a magnetic reader writer and an IC card reader writer 5 is also provided. At an exit toll gate 11, an antenna and an antenna controller 12, and an exit lane control unit 13 are provided and a pass ticket processing machine 14 equipped with a magnetic card reader/writer and an IC card reader writer 15 is provided. At the entrance toll gate 1 and exit toll gate 11, the ETC system performs a toll reception processing when a vehicle is mounted with an on-vehicle unit 18, but when not, the pass ticket processing machine 4 and 14 performs a toll receiving process for an IC card 19 or pass ticket 20. |
