PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent illegal access so that storage information is taken out by decomposing information equipment. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a battery part 62 for supplying a power source when storage information is taken out of equipment. When the information taken out of the equipment is detected by a connection detection part 44, whether or not the information taken out of the equipment is illegal, is judged by an illegality judging part 56 and when the illegal taking-out is judged, an information protecting operation such as the deletion, encipherment and saving to another area of the data of a storage part 58 is performed by a security processing part 54. When the battery part 62 is not incorporated, a protecting operation is performed by the supply of an outside power source through re-connection. |
