It has a drag (pull) roller 1 and a pressure roller 2, the first being actuated by a gear motor 4 controlled by an encoder, in order to determine forward movements of a preset magnitude for the continuous tubular band forming the raw material for obtaining the bags, which are cut and welded at their base by means of welding and cutting mechanisms set up at the lower end of two rocking frames 13 which frame the rollers 1 and 2 and which, via counterposed-actuation connecting rods 22 and 23, associated with an eccentric 19, are actuated by a pneumatic cylinder 18. Under this assembly there is a deflector plate 24 which directs the lower end of the bag towards a pair of blowing nozzles 25-25', one being fixed and the other rocking, in order to allow first the passage of the bag and then the nearing of the nozzles to the bag's weld line, this assembly being adjustable in terms of height by means of a wheel 38, in order to adjust the positioning of the nozzles 25 to the specific size of each type of bag. <IMAGE>
