Client organization and call system in service sector

During the waiting time the clients can leave the service shop, office, or surgery for other functions. The client is issued with a radio receiver (7) and is informed by a radio transmitter (4) about his/her appointment time. A computer (1) with organization and timing software is installed at the server's office/surgery and coupled to the radio transmitter via a modem.
