FLOAT TYPE LIQUID FLOW METER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a float type liquid level gauge which eliminates damage to a scale tape during the installation thereof. SOLUTION: A reel 5 is provided in a body case 1 set at an upper part of an oil storage tank 2 and a level detection float 13 is connected to the lower end of a scale tape 4 pulled out of the reel 5. At this point, a guide rod 10 having a C-shaped channel 11 formed in the oil storage tank 2 is lowered from the body case 1 and a groove 14 is formed for fitting a guide rod 10 thereinto in the liquid level detection float 13. The scale tape 4 pulled out of the reel 5 is connected to the float 13 fitted into the guide rod passing through a channel.
