<p>A method for manufacturing trophies, medals and award plates made of polyester, estervinylic or epoxy resins reinforced with fiberglass. The process includes providing the following layers: one or more dismolder layers on a glassy or polished base, one or more catalyzed resin layers over the dismolder, fiberglass reinforcement, polychromies, one or more cloth layers, fiberglass reinforcement, one or more resin layers, and plastic film. The layers are then rouletted to expel air bubbles and the resulting laminate is dismolded.</p> |
