Energy generating device using fuel

The energy generating device has an Otto or Diesel engine (22) which is driven with the fuel, a generator coupled to the engine to generate current, and a steam boiler (28) which is heated by the exhaust gases of the engine plus a support burner to generate superheated steam. A steam turbine (40) is supplied with the superheated steam generated in the boiler. A second generator is coupled to the steam turbine for current generation. The exhaust gases of the engine are supplied to the support burner as secondary air. The steam boiler is heated additionally with a stationary fluidized bed furnace (32) to combust solid components which accumulate for example in the extraction of oil from oil seeds.
