<p>A hydrophilic film (11) is formed on the outer surfaces of a cab (5), an equipment cover (6) and a counter-weight (7) constituting an upper swing body (2), and water film (18) is formed by raindrops of rainfall, etc., on the surface of the hydrophilic film (11) so that contaminating substances (13) adhering to the outer surface of the upper swing body (2) are caused to flow down while being floated by the water film (18). Therefore, the formation of raindrop stains on the outer surface of the upper swing body (2) can be prevented and even when stains such as the splash of grease adheres to the outer surface of the upper rotary body (2), the stains can be easily removed by cleaning water and appearance of the upper rotary body (2) can be improved.</p> |
