Planar dual tape rotary radiator for mobile radio applications

The rotary radiator has an arrangement of geometrically defined and conductive planes. Two conductive plates (1,2) or foils of different dia. and with circular edging are arranged in parallel at a defined distance apart with a connecting conducting cylinder (4). The plates have 4n, pref. 4, identical radial slots with an angular offset of 90/n. The inner conductor (6) of a coaxial wave-guide is connected to the smaller plate or foil; the outer conductor (7) is connected to the larger plate or foil and extended into the vol. between the plates or foils. The coupling point of the inner conductor is arranged on a radial line from the center of the plate or foil which encloses an angle of 90/2n with two radial slots.
