Verfahren zur gezielten Immobilisierung des Thrombogeneseinhibitors Hirudin auf Polymeroberflächen
摘要
Disclosed is a method for immobilizing the thrombogenic inhibitor hirudine on polymer surfaces of extracorporeal and/or intracorporeal medical objects by direct interaction or via appropriate spacer systems between functional groups of the hirudine and the corresponding functional groups of the polymers. The chemical and/or spatial environment of the hirudine functional groups is modified as regards their immobilization selectivity in a treatment step prior to immobilization. After immobilization, the chemical and/or spatial environment is no longer modified. The proposed procedure enables the functional groups needed for thrombin activity not to be bound during immobilization and are thus available for interacting with thrombin after immobilization. This causes an increased antithrombogenic and/or thrombocyte-repelling effect of the hirudine bound on the surfaces.
