This machine makes it possible automatically to stack four or five sheets of paper for the latter's subsequent pressing and rolling (laminating) and for its use in obtaining laminates or formicas. The machine which is claimed is based on a system of pulleys, belts, ramps and motors which make it possible to transfer the paper to a pre-stacking table and allow its subsequent stacking on a lifting table. The paper to be stacked is located on the pallet-bearing shelves 1 on the pallets placed thereon. Automatically, the supply heads 2, by virtue of a suction- cup system with air blowers, pick up the papers, placing them with the assistance of the belts and of a pneumatic piston on the conveyor ramps 3 via which the paper will be moved until it reaches the junction belts 4, where the papers will be placed in the relevant order for their subsequent stacking. By means of the previous junction belts 4, the papers will arrive at the pre-stacking table 5 on which four or five papers will be placed, as may have been specified on the display of the electric panel, and they will subsequently be discharged by the stacker to the area of the stacking system 5. <IMAGE>
