<p>The invention concerns a method for laying an elongated structure, such as a cable, which consists in: installing a trenching tool (13) on a frame (7) provided with at least a ballast tank (11) for placing the tool towards the bottom (50a) of a stream (50) or at the surface thereof; moving the tool, while locating its position, towards the bottom of said stream and hauling it from the surface such that it opens up a furrow (14) in said bottom; placing blindly said elongated structure (400) in the dug furrow, and closing the latter.</p> |
