Building air conditioning system

The air conditioning system conditions the air at floor level. Air from floor level is supplied to at least one of the air conditioning units of the building. A floor air removal device consisting of a gravel layer (18) is fitted directly below the cellar floor or the floor slab (4) of the building (10). There may be a stone course (19) with holes through it running round the building in a laminar foundation below the cellar floor or bottom slab, between the floor air removal device and a top-ventilated inner air gap (3) in a cavity wall (1).
