Camera bag support for a tripod

A support 1 for a photographer's camera bag 7 has a platform with suitable fixings 11 such that it may be suspended from the three legs of a tripod, the platform including upstanding walls 4 defining a recess capable of retaining a camera bag 7 when placed therein. This allows the camera bag to be supported without needing to be attached to the user or placed on the ground surface which may be dirty or wet. The camera bag 7 can be safely carried in the support 1 attached to the tripod and when moving to a new location the assembly can be carried as a single unit.
