1. The method of producing ammonium-magnesium nitrate out of a solution of ammonium nitrate, nitric acid, aqueous solutions of ammonium salts and ammonia and magnesium oxide. Characterized in that: Ground magnesium oxide is subjected to aeration by means of air. Then, it is moistened by mixing with aqueous solutions of ammonium salts and ammonia. Then, the resultant alkaline suspension of magnesium oxide is diluted in nitric acid, until pH reaches the level between 2 and 5.5, and the concentration of magnesium nitrate in the solution reaches at least 30 percent by mass. During the entire process of diluting, the temperature of the reaction environment is maintained between 60 degrees C and 100 degrees C. Then, the resultant solution of magnesium nitrate is concentrated until the concentration of Mg(N03)2 reaches 70-80 percent by mass. Then, the concentrated solution is mixed with a solution of ammonium nitrate in the weight ratio between 1:45 and 1:125. Then, after mixing both streams into a homogenous solution of ammonium-magnesium nitrate, the solution is subjected to deep evaporation to melting, while the acid reaction of the solution is constantly maintained, preferably with the pH at the level of 4. Then, it is granulated by one of known methods.
