The invention refers to a double action press for extraction of honey, intended for extraction of honey from uncapped honeycombs. The press consists of a pressing container (1) executed as a casing with transversal section with a parallelepipedal, square, rectangular or cylindrical shape, having on the lateral sides orifices (2) with diameters between 1 and 3 mm, for the outflow of the honey, and blades (3) mounted at the ends of the container, whose role is to gradually reduce the thickness of the layer of the material in order to create, on the sides at the ends of the recipient, a slit 1-3 mm wide for the continuous evacuation of the pressed wax. The container and the driving aggregate are fixed rigidly to a common frame (6) and mounted together on a support-frame (7) with an articulation (8) which allows the swinging of the press by 90 degrees in vertical position, in order to reduce its surface during transport and storage.
