<p>A multilayer high frequency electronic component (1) is provided having a reduced resistance component of a signal line (30) which is to function as an inductor. The signal line (30) comprises conductor patterns (31-33) provided on the surface of respective insulation sheets (14-16). The conductor patterns (31-33) have the same shape, and preferably conductor patterns (31,33) of small pattern width are continuously arranged in the thickness direction across a conductor pattern (32) of larger pattern width. An edge part (32c) on each side of the greater-width conductor pattern (32) is projected from an edge part (31c,33c) on each side of the conductor patterns (31,33). <IMAGE></p> |
