PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a section from which a powdery and granular material flows out to have a specified opening section to control the flow rate of the material, by providing edge plates with a specified height at the three faces of a shutter plate except the front end of the closing face of an inflow pipe for the material. SOLUTION: This valve is provided with edge plates 11 with a specified height at the three sides of a shutter plate 5 closing the lower end of an inflow pipe for a powdery and granular material, inclined at a specified angle except the front side. In this way, even when the shutter plate 5 is opened, as the powdery and granular material flows out from only the front end side of the shutter 5 at least until it reaches the height of the edge plates, the flow rate of the material can be accurately controlled. |
