摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsed laser welding method capable of welding aluminum alloy materials at high speed without causing welding defects. SOLUTION: In the method of welding aluminum alloy materials by pulsed laser, the width W of one pulse is 15 ms or above. In addition, the output waveform of one pulse consists of the initial part of the pulse width Ws whose the peak value gradually lowers and the succeeding later period part where the peak value is constant. The width Ws of the initial part is not less than 20% but not more 100% of the one pulse width W. Further, it is desirable that the lap ratio of the weld zone of an aluminum alloy material is not less than 50% but not more 100% in the area ratio.</p>
