<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize carbonaceous adsorbent powder produced in a waste gas treating plant for removing harmful material such as dioxin by using carbonaceous adsorbent, for example, carbonaceous adsorbent powder obtained from a separator such as a vibrating screen to contrive improving the removal performance of harmful components in waste gas and also reduce waste such as dust containing harmful material such as dioxin discharged to outside the system. SOLUTION: After an alkali agent is injected into a waste gas flow directly or through a line 2, the waste gas is treated by a dust collector 3, and after ammonia is injected to the waste gas after the treatment directly or through a line 6, the waste gas is introduced into a moving bed reactor 5 packed with carbonaceous adsorbent 7 to treat it, and on the other hand, the carbonaceous adsorbent that has been used and deactivated in the reactor 5 is heated and regenerated. In this waste gas treating method, carbonaceous adsorbent powder produced in a waste gas treating plant is added to the waste gas flow at the outlet side of the dust collector 3.</p> |
