摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detain a syulthetic resin ghigh-nigid board of lightweight at low cost, having superior weatherability and chemical resistance, and ensure dimensional accuracy and rigidity by being formed of a core layer and an adhesive layer conducting of adhesive resin for adherence between a surface layer and the core, and forming the core layer of foam and also forming the surface layer of confarm. SOLUTION: A surface layer 5 consisting of nonfoam PP is formed integrally on the outer periphery of a core layer 1 via an adhesive layer 3 for a three layer structure. Employing foam PS for the core layer 1 requiring strength allows the formation of a high rigid board having an excellent bending strength. Such nonfoam PP for formation of the surface layer 5 is added with an oxidation inhibiting agent, and it can be used together with stabilizer such as an appropriate UV absorbing agent of light stabilizer and stiffening material such as glass fiber and carbon fiber as required. In this case, a mass is increased, bit its bending strength can be obtained. When nonfoam PP is used for the surface 5 to be an outer surface, a board can be obtained having excellent weatherability and chemical resistance.</p>
