<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit the assembly of an unloader to a compressor. SOLUTION: This air brake device has the compressor for supplying air to an air tank 2 connected with a brake actuator, a dehumidifier 7 interposed between this air tank 2 and the compressor and a pressure regulator 5 for controlling the internal pressure of the air tank 2 to a set value. A selector 8 which is selected by the pressure regulator 5 is interposed between the compressor and the dehumidifier 7. An oil separator 60 having a discharge port 63 is connected to the selector 8. As a result, since there is no need for assembling the unloader into the compressor, the structure, maintenance and air piping of the compressor may be simplified and the productivity over the entire part of the air brake device may be improved and the production cost may be reduced.</p> |
