PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honeycomb-shaped ceramic adsorbent material easily manufactured in various sizes even if many forming molds are not prepd. SOLUTION: The honeycomb-shaped ceramic adsorbent material 4 is constituted by combining plural pieces of honeycomb-shaped ceramic moldings 1 having a hexagonal sectional shape of which the opposite sides extend in parallel with each other. If plural pieces of the honeycomb-shaped ceramic moldings 1 having the hexagonal sectional shape are combined, the adjacent honeycomb- shaped ceramic moldings 1 are combined while their respective sides are brought into tight contact with each other and, therefore, the honeycomb-shaped ceramic adsorbent material 4 of the desired size and shape may be manufactured by the arbitrary combination of such honeycomb-shaped ceramic moldings 1 as a unit.
