PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an occupant by appropriately developing an airbag installed on a rotary seat when a vehicle is collided. SOLUTION: In an airbag control device for vehicles having rotary seats 1, 2 which are turnably supported by a vehicle body, an airbag 4 arranged on an external side part of the rotary seats 1, 2, and an airbag control means (a control unit 9) to control the airbag 4 so as to be developed when a vehicle is side-collided, a seat direction detecting means (a seat sensor 6) to detect the direction of the rotary seats 1, 2 is provided, and when it is confirmed that the rotary seats 1, 2 are directed inward of a cabin according to the detected signal of the seat direction detecting means, the development of the airbag 4 is prohibited when the vehicle is side-collided. |
