PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate occurrence of sink down and prevent the increase of a cost while maintaining insulating effect as well as the feeling of sitting by a method wherein a lining member is constituted of low-temperature fibers and high-temperature fibers, which are provided with at least two different melting points. SOLUTION: The thickness of a lining member is increased about 50 % compared with a conventional lining member employing a felt member (weight is about 400 g/m×m) which employs only solid fibers whereby the lining member becomes bulky in accordance with the increase of the thickness. In this case, much more air layers 11 are constituted in the lining member 6 compared with a lining member employing a felt member and the feeling of sitting is improved by the air layers 11. The lining member 6 is formed so as to have the shape of a felt by entangling the lowtemperature fibers 9 and the high-temperature fibers 10 while respective fibers are constituted so as to be the elastic body of three-dimensional structure by heat treatment whereby the lining member of excellent elastic body can be obtained. Accordingly, elastic feeling of sitting and excellent durability can be obtained in a different shape from a case when the same is constituted of only hollow fibers. |
