DRINK CONTAINING LACTOBACILLUS SPOROGENES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject drink with Lactobacillus sporogenes kept stable therein by singling out the Lactobacillus sporogenes having a specific heat resistance value followed by adding it to a drink. SOLUTION: This drink with excellent storage stability is obtained by adding Lactobacillus sporogenes with a D100 value (min) of >=2.8 (pref. >=3.0) in its acidic solution of pH 3.5 (Bacillus coagulans) at about 10<8> counts to a drink of pH 3-4 corresponding to a single intake to maintain the bacteria as mature spores without spore germination.
