PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure safety in case of a man hitting an inner mirror, and facilitate its restoration. SOLUTION: A stay base 10 is fixed on a ceiling 70. A stay 32 is supported on the shaft 24 of a stay base 10 so as to incline a stay 32. An fitting structure consisting of a recessed part and a protruding part is formed at a contact surface between the stay base 10 and the stay 32 to keep a fitting condition by energizing a spring. If external force such as a man hitting a mirror body 72 is applied, fitting of the recessed part and the protruding part is broken into each of them against the energizing force of the spring, so that the stay 32 inclines upwards with the shaft 24 as an axis to relieve the external force.
