PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of a panel by flexibly following the expansion and shrinkage due to the difference in thermal-expansion coefficients between the surface panel and the back panel with the use of pressure-sensitive layers which do not cure even under the conditions of the thermal aptitude test and can maintain the tackiness. SOLUTION: Pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 3 and 4 are laminated on the surface side and the back side of a sheet substrate 2, respectively, and, at the same time, an interspace 9a of a pressure-sensitive terminal is formed. A PET panel 8 is adhered to the surface side on substrate 2 through surface side pressure-sensitive layer 3 and a glass panel 7 is adhered to the back side of substrate 2 through back side pressure-sensitive layer 4 to constitute a touch panel 9. The fixed substrate is adhered to a displacement substrate through the pressure-sensitive adhesive forming pressure-sensitive layers 3 and 4 such that the displacement of the displacement substrate in the test of stretching the displacement substrate by raising the temperature up to 150 deg.C under a load of 5 g has a characteristic of exceeding 100μm.
