PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride resin composition for powder molding which gives a molded product which is free of bubbles or blurs and has a uniform thickness. SOLUTION: The surface of a particle of a vinyl chloride resin, which is dryblended with a plasticizer and a colorant, is covered with vinyl chloride resin fine particles having an average particle size of from 1 to 3μm. Here, the proportion of particles which do not pass through a sieve of a nominal size of 180, determined by JIS Z 8801, is smaller than 25 wt.%, and the proportion of particles which pass through a sieve of a nominal size of 106 is smaller than 15 wt.%.
