PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain generation of variations of the position in the feeding width direction of a color photosensitive material to be fed out from a cartridge and generation of bias traveling at low cost. SOLUTION: In a color proof forming device provided with a setting part 20 for setting cartridges 90L, 90S housing rolls of color photosensitive materials, and a feeding means for feeding the color photosensitive materials from the cartridges 90L, 90S set in the setting part 20, and for forming a color proof of a set of separation net document films for color printing by sequentially exposing images of respective separation net document films of a set of separation net document films for color printing to the color photosensitive materials fed by the feeding means, the setting part 20 is for setting the cartridges in a state where the rolls of the color photosensitive materials are inclined at anglesθin relation to the horizontal direction.
