PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simply a molding equipment of controlled cost without generating the shift and without the necessity of a large mold clamping device in the case an insert member is to be provided inside a molded product. SOLUTION: In a molding equipment, an inner mold 8, a fixed mold 3 and a movable mold 6 are overlapped all together, and resin is injected by a molding nozzle 11 and half-molded products 31 and 32 are molded by the primary molding, and the inner mold 8 is removed and an insert member 35 is provided in a mounting rib 41 formed on the half-molded product 32 and then the half- molded products 31 and 32 are overlapped by moving the movable mold 6, and bonding resin is injected from the bonding nozzle 4 to the bonding section to carry out the secondary molding and manufacture a hollow product. Also in the molding equipment, the mounting rib 41 supporting the insert member 35 is molded together with the half-molded product 32 by the inner mold 8, and the half-molded products 31 and 32 are fixed in the state that the insert member 35 is clamped by mounting ribs 41 and 42. |
