摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an Ni base heat resistant allyo member having <=50μm average grain size by working an Ni base heat resistant alloy stock at 1010 to 1080 deg.C. SOLUTION: An Ni base heat resistant alloy stock is worked at 1010 to 1080 deg.C, and after the completion of the working, it is cooled to <=950 deg.C at a critical cooling rate obtd. by the following formula or above and is thereafter held at 950 to 1010 deg.C for 0.5 to 3 hr: the formula: CCR=1.465 E-27×do<1.056> E<-2>×T<9.288> Xε<1.474> E<-1> X(dε/dt)<8.920> E<-3> , where CCR denotes the critical cooling rate ( deg.C/sec), do denotes the initial average grain size (μm) of the Niobase heat resistant alloy, T denotes the working temp. ( deg.C), 5 denotes the equivalent plastic strain, dε/dt denotes the strain rate (/sec), E-27 denotes X10<-27> E-1 denotes X10<-1> , and E-3 denotes X10<-3> .
