PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently sale an extracted beverage without emptying a storage tank by making a beverage extracting part execute the extracting operation to the storage tank by a control means for controlling the extracting operation of the beverage extracting part to the storage tank, when the motion of changing the level of the extracted beverage stored in the storage tank occurs. SOLUTION: The extraction number of coffee by one extracting operation is inputted by an extraction number input part 82, and the extraction number is stored in a memory 84. When an extraction instruction based on a predicted value is thereafter inputted from a sales predicting part 80, a main control part 85 makes a beverage extracting part 1 including a coffee starting material feed part perform the extracting operation according to the stored extraction number. In a beverage storage part 2 having two storage tanks, when one storage tank is empty before the extraction start, the extracting operation is performed from the storage tank having a large predicted value, and when the coffee liquid is stored in this storage tank, the storage quantity thereof is renewed. For the extracting operation after it, the storage differences of both the storage tanks are mutually compared, and the storage tank having a large storage difference is made to perform the extracting operation. |
