PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor and control a coater with a large flexibility by a method wherein an amount measuring means determining an amount of coating medium supplied to the coater, an amount control means setting an amount of the coating medium, and a controller for controlling movement of the coater are equipped, and an LON node is used as a net work node. SOLUTION: When reaching of a body to be coated 200 to a specific position of a coating section 120, and the size of the body 200 and its shape are detected by a detection module 111, and a speed of the body is detected by a conveyor clock generator 112, ejection of coating from an ejection gun 66-1 is firstly started. At this time, a plurality of injection guns 66-1 to 66-n are drive- controlled synchronously by a digital controller receiving information of ejection/ non-ejection of the gun through LON pas 80. Further, a powder coated thickness is automatically controlled based on an output of a layer thickness sensor 107, a suction system 114 is controlled by an air amount control means 109, and excess powder is sucked to be recovered in a recovery apparatus 110. |
