PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved process for producing wet-type sedimentation ultra-absorption nonwoven web structure that shows beneficial combination of density, flexibility and absorption capacity and provide ultra-absorption nonwoven fabric products. SOLUTION: This ultra-absorption nonwoven fabric product has a wet sedimentation type thin web structure that contains (a) fibers with an average denier of about 0.1 - about 28 and (b) particular hydrogel-forming ultra-absorbing polymer with an average particle size of about 0.1 - about 1.0 mm and contains the fibers and the particular polymer at a weight ratio of about 20/80 - about 80/20. In addition, the ultra-absorption nonwoven fabric product has the water content of < about 10 wt.%, the whole areal weight of about 80 400 g/m<2> , the thickness of about 0.5-5 mm, and ASTM rigidity of about 10-30 g (in aqueous medium)/g (the ultra-absorption products and of about 1075-4,500 mg/cm<2> . |
