PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a mold temperature freely in a wide range by mixing atomized water into an air current for cooling the mold forcibly. SOLUTION: Compressed air is supplied from an air compressor and others into a temperature control device 21. Atomized water supplied from an atomized water generator 24 is controlled by a program controller 25. Mold temperature signals from temperature sensors 12, 13, 14 are input into the program controller 25 to cool the mold so that each mold temperature follows a temperature curve which is programmed in advance. The opening degrees of electric switch values 22, 23 are controlled, and the flow rate of air and the quantity of atomized water to be mixed into the air current are controlled to adjust the flow rate of the mixed gas to be sent to into the mold. The air current and the atomized water are mixed in a mixer 26 after the passage through the valves 22, 23. The operation of the generator 24 is controlled by the controller 25. |
