PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an endless belt in a good manner by centrifugal molding. SOLUTION: A retaining mold 1 is combined with a coating mold 2, and a solvent is injection applied into the coating mold 2 while rotating a combined mold at low speed in the atmospheric state. Then a tail mold 3 is fitted on the other end of the coating mold 2 to retain the airtightness in the coating mold 2 and reduce the pressure. Then the combined mold is rotated at high speed to smooth a solution and form a coated film 4, and pressure is reduced through an air outlet 5 and kept at approximately 10 Torr. When the solvent is removed to the degree of approximately 90%, the rotation is discontinued and the tail mold is removed to break the vacuum, and a core mold 6 is set in the tail mold 3 and inserted into the coating mold so as to rotate coaxially with the coating mold 2 and fitted on the coating mold 2, and pressure is reduced again to set the pressure of less than one 1 Torr. After checking that the coating film 5 is transferred on the outer peripheral face of the core mold 6, the rotation is discontinued and the tail mold 3 and the core mold 6 are released, heated and cured, and the coating film 5 is released after heat dissipation. |
