发明名称 SHOCK ABSORBING MECHANISM
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interference of a folded part with an outer tube, when shocking force acts on the folded part, by folding the end part of an inner tube to an outer side to reverse the end part, coaxially connecting and fixing a reversed part and an outer tube, and providing a gap between the outer surface of the reversed part and the inner surface of the outer tube. SOLUTION: Inner and outer tubes 1 and 2 are coaxially connected, and gaps D1 and D2 are annularly formed coaxially with the tube 1. When a shock load is applied in an axial direction like an arrow P to this structure, buckling and deforming force acts outward to a folded part 1a of the tube 1, on starting a shock. At that time, the gap D2 exists between the folded part 1a and a continuous reversed part 1b and the tube 2. Consequently the folded part 1a is easily buckled and deformed outward without interfering with the tube 1 at the outer peripheral surface of the folded part 1a and the deforming load of the folded part 1a, that is, a shock starting load has a smaller value compared with a value in a conventional structure, to start shock absorbing. Moreover backling deformation can continouosly occur in the tube 1 part to absorb a shock.
