<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling a sheet metal working line, and a device therefor, which can shorten the time relating to the preparation of an accumulation pallet as possible as it can so as to shorten the required working time in its entirety in order to enhance the availability of the working line. SOLUTION: A central controller 11 analyzes a working schedule 13 when processed workpieces are accumulated on an accumulating pallet, so as to estimate the presence of the occurrence of a full load on the accumulating pallet regulated by a height or weight of workpieces accumulated on the accumulating pallet and refers to a result of the estimation so as to allow the accumulating pallet adapted for workpieces to be accumulated at the next time, to stand by. Thus, it is possible to shorten the time relating to preparing of the accumulating pallet as possible as it can shorten the required working time in its entirety, thereby making it possible to enhance the running efficiency of the working line.</p> |
