PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding equipment preventing the formation of internal cavities of a coagulated molding material. SOLUTION: A mold 21 with at least one mold cavity 28 is included in a molding equipment 20. A molding material 60 not yet coagulated is transferred into the mold cavity 28 by a transfer system 25. Wave energy is applied to the material 60 disposed in the cavity 28 and not yet coagulated by a vibration device 70. Air and foams 62 mixed into the material 60 not yet coagulated and forming the internal cavities are ruptured, namely destroyed, by the wave energy.
