PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable adjusting the parallelism or the like in the perpendicular direction and the horizontal direction of a drum and a picture drawing mechanism by providing a cotter adjusting mechanism which adjusts the parallelism in the perpendicular direction and the horizontal direction of a printing plate fitting mechanism and a picture drawing mechanism. SOLUTION: When adjusting the parallelism in the horizontal direction, for example, a measuring element 47 is mounted on a measuring element holder 48 in such a way that a change in the position of a drum in the radial direction can be measured. In this case, setscrews 30a-d are once loosened and the drum is rotated to a position where a reference drum groove face comes into contact with the measuring element 47 and again the setscrews 30a-d are tightened. Further, a measuring unit is moved to the right/left by rotating a motor while the setscrews 30a-d are set loose. Then a cotter unit 26 is moved in the horizontal direction, so that the scattering of the indicated value across the entire width direction of the drum comes close to 0μm (for example,±5μm or less). In addition, the setscrews 30a-d are tightened when the indicated value falls within the target range.
