PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter having a strength not to cause deflection or breakage and a follow-up ability to a guide wire with compatibility between them; a supporting function to back up the guide wire by the catheter; and a function to prevent slip-off of a balloon in extension if a stricture is present at a bent blood vessel. SOLUTION: In this catheter for medical use equipped with the guide wire, the guide wire is connected to the catheter by the deformation of a guide wire passage tube 8 or the deformation of an extension tube provided inside a guide wire passage 5 or the deformation of both. |
