摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the fixing strength of tiles and avoid the lowering of the diversion efficiency of a form. SOLUTION: The production form 24 of a tile-placed precast plate 10 is installed in a temperature controllable curing chamber 26. On the inner surface side of this form 24, a plurality of tiles 10a are installed. After the finish of the placement of a hydraulic composite material 16, the curing chamber 24 is closed for the execution of low temperature thermal curing. The temperature conditions of this low temperature thermal curing is set to a temperature, at which the latent hardening properties of a latent hardening type polymer do not be actualized. When the demoldable strength of the concrete 12 made of the hydraulic composite material 16 through its hardening, the form 24 is removed. The high temperature thermal curing is executed at an arbitrary time during the period ranging from the end of the demolding of the form to the forwarding of the precast plate 10. The high temperature thermal curing is a treatment for actualizing the latent hardening properties of the latent hardening type polymer 14 of the hydraulic composite material 16.
