PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyethylene terephthalate resin composition with an improved rate of crystallization by rendering the crystallization temperature lowered without reducing clarity. SOLUTION: In the polyethylene terephthalate resin composition formed by mixing and melt kneading particulates of a polyethylene terephthalate resin composition (A) which contains 1 ppb-1,000 ppm crystalline thermoplastic resin of a different type therefrom (preferably, a polyolefin based resin) and particulates of a polyethylene terephthalate resin (B) which does not contain the crystalline thermoplastic resin, the ratio (WA/WB) of the average weight (WA: mg/particulate) of the particulates of resin composition (A) to the average weight (WB: mg/particulate) of the particulates of resin composition (B) is made 0.50-1.00. |
